“Yacht design can be a tricky thing, especially if a brand has been successful with a style it calls its own,” Yachting previously wrote. “Since 1964, Westport has been catering to an American clientele whose tastes lean more toward the traditional than most European yacht owners. Think homey, warm and unapologetically conservative at a time when European interior design has trended contemporary, minimalist and avant-garde.”

The Westport 112 has long been the builder’s most popular model, with 65 hulls launched from its Washington state shipyards since 1994.”

Worth Avenue Yachts has Natural 9, a 2008 Westport 112, listed for $6.15 million. The 112-foot motoryacht underwent a refit in 2021 and has gotten a number of upgrades over the years.

Natural 9 exudes a modern ambiance with its light and airy color palette,” Worth Avenue Yachts says. “It presents an exceptionally crisp, clean, and elegantly appointed vessel.”

Stepping into the salon guests will notice the cherry wood interior joinery and waist-to-ceiling windows flooding the space with natural light. The formal dining area forward features a veneered table base with lacquer and a three-quarter-inch oval tempered-glass top that accommodates eight guests.

Past the forward bulkhead is the main deck country galley which features a U-shaped granite countertop with a peninsula bar that backs up to a U-shaped dinette and inlay cherry cabinets.

The galley has an array of meal-prep amenities, including:

  • Stainless Kohler extra deep double sink with Grohe faucets
  • SubZero stainless steel refrigerator
  • Dacor five-burner touch top cooktop
  • KitchenAide 30-inch convection oven
  • Sharp microwave/vent hood
  • Krusher trash compactor
  • Fisher Paykel two-drawer dishwasher

The sense of luxury on board Natural 9 carries throughout, with spaces like a guest foyer adorned with an overhead bronze mirror and cherry trim, marble flooring and a cherry cabinet console with a marble top.

For those looking to make a step up in the 70-foot range, Worth Avenue Yachts has Forever Intrepid, a 2016 Ocean Alexander 72, listed at $2.695 million.

Boat owners Michael and Jeanne Wilkins could be the inspiration for the next owner of this 2016 Ocean Alexander 72 for sale. The cruising couple, who owned 30- to 40-foot boats, worked their way up to their own Ocean Alexander 72, Yachting previously reported. “They started looking at Ocean Alexander 68s. Their broker suggested they build new instead. “I said, ‘Gosh, we’d never order a new boat. That’s just not going to happen,’” Michael recalls. “This past winter, in Seattle, they took delivery of their Ocean Alexander 72. It was customized with the galley layout Jeanne preferred, the open flybridge steps Michael wanted and a redesigned flybridge layout for dinner parties.”

The motoryacht’s Evan K. Marshall-designed interior has a warm ambiance throughout thanks to rich satin finishes, light neutral tones and natural light from an array of windows. Entering the salon through the sliding glass door, there is an L-shaped sofa to starboard and lounge chair forward. An L-shaped bar forward and to starboard makes serving guests at happy hour seamless.

Past the forward bulkhead and up a few steps is the pilothouse, which has the galley to starboard, L-shaped dinette to port and helm station forward. The lower helm station has a single helm chair. A pantograph door to starboard offers side-deck access, a nice touch for owner-operators or when shorthanded cruising. The galley has a Kenyon electric cooktop and an array of JennAir appliances, including, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and a microwave.

There are two major outdoor entertainment spaces on board Forever Intrepid: A dining area in the cockpit and a two-person sun pad on the foredeck. For those who want to change up the scenery, launch the 14-foot Novurania tender via the 1,500-pound davit on the flybridge and any beach, sandbar or shoreside eatery are within reach. The forward section of the all-weather-capable flybridge has an isinglass enclosure. The two-seat helm station is forward with a wet bar abaft and to port and an L-shaped dinette to starboard.

There are three staterooms belowdecks, including a full-beam master stateroom amidships with private access via salon stairs to port. Amenities include a king berth, a 46-inch flat-screen TV, and an en suite head. Forward, the forepeak VIP has a centerline queen berth and an en suite head. Rhapsody, a 2009 Paragon 94, underwent an extensive refit by Lyman Morse in 2018. The 94-foot motoryacht is currently listed for $2.975 million with Worth Avenue Yachts, which represents a $750,000-plus price reduction.

The refit included servicing all equipment and systems, updating soft goods, adding a dining area, transforming the flybridge into an enclosed skylounge and repainting the upper deck space.

The foredeck’s lounge pad has room for three to four people. Notice the wide side decks and high bulwarks and rails for safe transit. Courtesy Worth Avenue Yachts

Twin 1,550 hp Caterpillar C-32 diesel engines work with the yacht’s planing hull form (with 13.5-degree transom deadrise) to help propel this 100-ton motoryacht to a 20-knot top hop and a 14-knot cruise speed. The engines have just over 2,000 hours on them.

Rhapsody’s salon has a traditional and warm interior, aided by sole-to-ceiling, rich mahogany, neutral tones and natural light via 10 windows around the space. The seating arrangement includes two lounge chairs and a three-person sofa that are positioned around a coffee table to port. The cabinet to starboard houses a hidden flat-screen TV. Forward to starboard is a wet bar, an ice maker and a wine cooler, while a desk area is to port.

Paragon 94
Formal dining is forward of the galley where the wood dining table with burl inlay has room for up to six people. An electric dividing wall separates the galley from the dining space. Courtesy Worth Avenue Yachts

“The current 94-footer gets an extra eight feet in the superstructure, which Robinson divvied up into several areas,” Yachting previously reported. “As a result, the salon is, well, it’s simply immense. It stretches 26 feet from the twin sliding doors on the afterdeck to the forward bulkhead that hides the galley. If you consider for a moment, you’ll realize that far larger yachts don’t have 26-foot salons.”

Past the forward bulkhead is the galley, which has a cherrywood floating sole, granite countertops, satin-finish mahogany cabinetry and side-deck access through a portside hinged Freeman Dutch door. Galley appliances include:

  • Two Sub-Zero full-height refrigerator with two freezer drawers at bottom section
  • Fisher & Paykel double-drawer dishwasher
  • GE “Profile” trash compactor; GE microwave with exhaust fan
  • Viking gas stove/oven with removable butcher block top
  • Instant hot-water dispenser
  • Insinkerator stainless-steel garbage disposal

Farther forward is the formal dining, where a six-person dining table with burl inlay sits beneath the raked windows. An electrically operated divider separates the dining space and the galley.

The skylounge has a two-seat helm station forward and two L-shaped dinettes flanking the centerline. The after section of the flybridge is open and split into two zones with tender stowage aft and an open living space forward. Forward of the tender and davit is an inboard-facing U-shaped dinette with two fixed high-gloss wood tables. A grill station is located to port.

The cockpit has a four-person transom bench seat with two high-gloss tables, making it a go-to spot for alfresco dining. Wide side decks and high bulwarks make for safe passage to and from the foredeck, which has a built-in lounge pad for catching some rays during the day or stargazing at night.

The after section of the bridge deck is a lounge with a sofa and three chairs protected by a sun shade, and it makes a prime location to enjoy sundowners with friends. If you need a fresh beverage before dinner, there’s a bar forward of the eight-person dining table with ocean vistas.

A circular dining table is aft with a cabinet and L-shaped sofa positioned to create another gathering space forward, beckoning guests to sit and stay a while. For cruising enthusiasts, this Paragon 92 has 2,500-NM-plus range at 8 knots. It runs all day at 10 knots burning 21 gph, and it has the ability to hit 18 knots. Courtesy Worth Avenue Yachts

For owners ready to move up to the crewed-yacht experience or want to enter the market with a charter-ready vessel, Seas To See, a recently-refit Paragon 92, is listed with Worth Avenue Yachts for $1.925 million, which represents a $375,000 price reduction.

The Paragon 92 was initially built for owners looking to move up in size, specifically adding a fishing cockpit to its 86-foot model, Yachting previously reported.

“Delivering boats and being a private yacht captain for 25-plus years, I saw a lot of my customers and owners that wanted to move up,” said Paragon President and Founder Scott Robinson. “So we’d go shop the market around the world, looking for the right yard to build their next boat, and we’d come up short. I had enough horsepower from the guys who wanted to move up, and I said ‘Let me do it for you, I know what you want.’”

Paragon 92

To that end, Seas To See has a two-tier cockpit. There is a dance-floor-sized fishing cockpit and forward, upper section has a bench seat and a fixed table set under the flybridge overhang. This shady spot provides alfresco dining for six to eight people. Portside stairs lead to the flybridge while wide side decks lead to the foredeck where guests can enjoy another alfresco dining spot with a U-shaped dinette.

This 92-foot Paragon saw an extensive $1 million refit in 2020, with all major electronics and equipment being replaced. Other recent improvements include:

  • Coppercoat 10-to-15-year bottom job (2020)
  • Complete new main-engine exhaust system (2023)
  • New synthetic teak decking on bow, cockpit and swim platform (2024)
  • Brand-new fully balanced props (2024)

According to Worth Avenue Yachts, Seas To See’s “current owner has cruised her extensively throughout the Eastern US and Gulf Coasts, Bahamas, Caribbean, Mexico, Guatemala and Belize as he was checking unique dive sites and destinations off his list.”

The firm considers the yacht turn-key and says it’s well suited for family cruising or charter operations, if any owners are looking to offset expenses.

Guests will appreciate the salon’s handcrafted woodwork, coffered ceilings and custom furnishings. Remote-controlled window treatments help dial in the desired amount of sunlight. A four-person sofa is to port while two lounge chairs are to starboard, creating a spot to relax and chat with friends.

Forward to port is the galley, which has a U-shaped marble countertop and is equipped with the following appliances and features:

  • KitchenAid dishwasher

  • Ninja blender
  • Crux drip coffee maker
  • Keurig coffee and espresso machine

  • Portside hinged freeman door from galley to side deck

The raised pilothouse and the two-seat lower helm station with a dinette abaft are just forward of the galley.

The full-beam amidships master stateroom can be accessed via a private stairway off the main salon. There is a centerline king berth, bedside cabinets and reading lamps. Facing the berth is a flat-screen TV with a Bose sound system. A settee is to starboard and a cedar-lined closet, while to port is a vanity. Aft are his-and-hers en suite heads with a stone-lined shower and a whirlpool spa.

The forepeak VIP has an island queen berth, cedar-lined stowage, a flat-screen TV and an en suite head. The aft VIP stateroom has a centerline queen berth, a flat-screen TV and en suite head.

Craving an outdoor cookout? The flybridge on Seas To See has an outdoor galley area to port with a grill, a sink, and refrigeration with granite countertops. To the starboard is a dinette. The flybridge is covered by a fiberglass hardtop with a retractable canvas sunroof. The flybridge has the option to be enclosed with sliding Barrat glass panels providing an all-weather, climate-controlled space.

The 92-footer is powered by twin 1,550 hp Caterpillar C30 diesels and cruises at 10 knots, burning 21gph. Throttling back to 8 knots reduces fuel consumption to 16 gph, providing a 2,250-mile nonstop cruising range.
